My sister Kinsley and I do almost everything together. We were born only 13 months apart so we are very close and she is a huge blessing to me. It is so fun to play softball, lead a bible study, going to school and so much more together, but today I wanted to share something God spoke to me about in a moment shared with my sister.

We decided to watch this movie everyone was talking about called "Two Hearts" on netflix. From the previews it seemed to be a funny, light-hearted movie- well it was not that. As we began to watch about mid-way through the movie I could tell how the story was going to unfold and that it was going to be very sad. Kinsley does not like to watch super sad movies before bed and when I asked her if she knew what was going to happen, we agreed I was not going to spoil it so we kept on watching.

For spoiling purposes I will not share how it ended, but I will say that it was very sad and left us both feeling heavy-hearted. That is an awful feeling and as I continued thinking about it after, I felt God saying to me that this is the same way it is with our faith. As a believer in Jesus Christ and have given my life to Him, I know who holds the victory, I know the ending, yet for our fellow humans who are unbelievers, they do not know- why would we not share the gospel with them to keep them from hurt and sadness on judgment day?

Believer, you have life-changing news that you can share to impact Heaven!! God has blessed us with the bible that gives us insight to the day when Jesus triumphs over the enemy- when sin is no more- where we spend eternity with God in Heaven- WHAT A DAY!! it would be so beneficial to unbelievers to share this news with them as Jesus calls us to in Matthew 28:18-20.

"Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in Heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” -Matthew 28:18-20

We could all agree that our world is broken and there is a striving generation to achieve things that will one day fade: beauty, money, cars, athletics, etc. Of course these things are not wrong and are enjoyable but imagine if we go into these places ready to impact people for the Kingdom of Heaven. At my softball games, what if i came to the ball field to play and share about the forgiveness of sins that our broken, striving world needs to hear. The help is only found in JESUS CHRIST + His sacrifice on the cross.

There is a christian episode series called, "The Chosen" reenacting the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. One thing I noticed about the encounters Jesus had with people during His time on earth was that they left changed + eager to tell others about JESUS !! I pray this blog message will remind us of the GOOD NEWS of Jesus that we are called to share to all people so they can be saved by Him! I love you all ! you can do this !! let us share so others can be saved from hurt + join us in victory ONLY through OUR KING JESUS !!! AMEENNN 💗💗

If you ever have any questions about faith or just want to talk, I would love to get in touch with you! JESUS loves you so much!!khigdon04@gmail.com
